Job Title: Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

. Financial Management & Analysis

Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. Conduct cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for savings and optimization. Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning.

Accounting & Compliance

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and financial targets. Prepare detailed financial forecasts and provide variance analysis to management to support decision-making and identify potential financial risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting efforts, as well as strategic planning initiatives. Track financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for cost control and process improvement.

Key Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA), CA - Inter Or Masters Degree in Finance, Business (MBA) 2-5+ years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and financial reporting requirements. Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes. Excellent skills in Excel and ERP / technology tools, essential for fast & accurate MIS.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
