Collect, verify, and process client financial documents including income statements, bank statements, and tax returns.
Accurately enter and maintain client and loan application data in the CRM and loan processing platforms.
Liaise with mortgage brokers to ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information at all times.
Provide administrative support to the mortgage broking team as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, finance, or data entry roles (preferred but not essential).
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of financial documents and loan application processes is an advantage.
