We strive to provide outstanding finance support and business insights to drive growth. What You\'ll Do Reporting to the Sr Manager, FP&A: Provide financial planning, forecasting and reporting support to the US based FP&A team, with emphasis on expense planning for our India based team. Monitor expenses against approved budgets, ensuring adequate review and justification for large purchase approvals Create global Budget vs Actual reports providing variance explanations, and insights for our business leaders Report and analyze various company performance metrics, providing insights on trends Create ad-hoc analyses on a variety of SaaS metrics Collaborate with a variety of leaders at all levels, providing business analyses and projections to help drive the business Prepare financial communication materials for the US based team to support executive staff, shareholders, lenders, and the Board of Directors requirements Take initiative and roll-up your sleeves as required to complete detailed analysis and implement finance and cross-functional process improvements to help the business scale efficiently Qualifications A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst within a technology company or Investment Banking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a natural curiosity Ability to independently drive projects with a high attention to detail Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience handling large volumes of data to create financial models Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Experience with SaaS business models required Benefits Competitive salaries & Stock Options Medical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your family Fully paid premiums for life insurance Flexible hours and PTO Mental wellness platform subscription Gym reimbursement Commitment To Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion At Egnyte, we celebrate our differences and thrive on our diversity for our employees, our products, our customers, our investors, and our communities.
