The Role

As a Financial Analyst I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc

This role supports the Project Management Office in Planning & Performance reporting and analysis. The position also partners with the FP&A and Statutory teams, develops dashboards (Power BI), and drives continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and processes. Deliver accurate and timely financial & performance reporting. Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes. Ensure data integrity within Hyperion. Prepare KPI tracking and project performance insights. Present variance and trend analysis to stakeholders. Drive reporting standardization and simplification. Support financial guidance to Project Managers. Ensure appropriate accounting treatment and governance controls. Lead process improvements and reporting automation initiatives

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, including 2+ years in FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, month-end)Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and experience with ERP systems like Oracle / SAP / Hyperion. Strong analytical mindset, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in cross-functional teams
