Responsible for resolving dispute related to wholesaler claims, validating and making payment basis their eligibility. To build and maintain efficient communication channels with our wholesalers and quickly resolve chargeback issues and provide analytical support to the management team.

This opportunity will enable analytical approach and understating various nuances pertaining to pharma industry. Provide expert advice for a defined area of the finance function. Provide financial and administrative support to company organizations for Finance programs.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Support with the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business
  • Contribute to various financial activities and general projects to support decision making.
  • Provide analysis in order to support the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization.
  • Provides expert advice to support business managers in external and commercial activities. -Prepare analysis and reports to enable the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans through the provision of accurate and timely data and analysis.
  • Support the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits), and assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.
  • Support budgeting process and control. Contribute to Finance projects at country or BU level.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
  • Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Require with 2+ Yrs of experience in US Healthcare Industry
