Financial Analyst / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial and portfolio models; perform forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity analysis. Conduct variance and performance analysis to identify key revenue and cost drivers. Prepare and automate financial reports (AUM, yield, CoR, PAT, etc.) and present insights to management. Collaborate with finance, risk, and product teams to align forecasts and support business reviews. Automate reporting processes, develop dashboards, and enhance financial systems (ERP, MIS, data warehouse). Support board and investor presentations with performance insights and projections.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis (NBFC/Fintech preferred). Advanced Excel (Power Query, Macros, Pivot Tables), SQL proficiency; Power BI/Tableau/Python is a plus. Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and portfolio analytics. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Certifications such as CFA, CA (Inter), MBA (Finance), or FMVA preferred.
