Job Description

We are a hedge-fund business focused on public markets. We're hiring a

Financial Analyst

to support investment research, market/portfolio analysis, reporting, and trade/idea monitoring. You will work closely with senior analysts/portfolio managers and help turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain

financial models

(3-statement, DCF, comps, scenario/sensitivity analysis). Track

US equities/ETFs/options

: news, earnings, guidance changes, catalysts, and key events. Produce daily/weekly

market and portfolio reports

(P&L drivers, exposures, factor/sector view). Support

idea generation

: screen stocks, summarize businesses, identify risks and upside drivers. Maintain and improve

research templates

: investment memos, earnings notes, KPI trackers. Monitor positions and watchlists; flag unusual moves, volume spikes, and headline risk. Work with datasets (CSV/SQL/API feeds where applicable) for clean, accurate analytics. Ensure documentation, version control, and data hygiene for models and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years

experience in equity research, investment analytics, IB/ER support, or asset management (freshers with strong skills may be considered). Strong command of

Excel

(advanced formulas, PivotTables; bonus: Power Query). Strong

financial statement understanding

and valuation fundamentals. High comfort with

numbers and logic

(excellent quantitative reasoning). Good written English: can produce crisp, structured research summaries. Ability to work

night shift

consistently and meet daily deadlines.

Daily P&L and reconciliations delivered

. Reduction in recurring exceptions through automation/SOP improvements. Accurate, investor-grade reporting with clear commentary support.

Pay: ?26,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
