About the Role

Financial Planning & Analysis function for the Health Science Business in South Asia, South East Asia and Australia and New Zealand. Responsible for Management reporting and analysis, business monitoring, formulation of budgets and analyzing variances. Responsible for both accurate recording and reporting of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting for effective business decision support (BDS)
  • Closing monthly activities and ensure all transactions relating to revenue and cost are properly classified and recorded
  • Working with our Business Decision Support Lead in preparing ad hoc analysis, answering finance related queries, and preparing presentations
  • Reviewing P&L and prepare variance analysis on key account movements
  • Understanding the needs of internal stakeholders to make suggestions for analysis and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Providing accurate weekly/monthly sales report, forecast by product and compare performance against budget
Requirements
  • Able to give and receive information in an effective professional manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of 3-5 in a financial planning and accounting role with CA/ICWA/ CA(Inter) /Master in Finance
  • Have experience in IFRS, IGAAP, Oracle HFM consolidation
  • Have the ability to successfully work independently and collaborate with diverse global teams
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
