Job Description
We are looking for a (Tata Business Hub) Loan Advisor - Business Loans for Tata Nexarc, who would: Individual role Call the customers for availing business loans through Tata nexarc. Pitch business loans to interested customers and assist them to fill application online while the customer is on call. Closely monitor customers who started the loan application process on their own but did not complete the process. Call the customers and understand the problem they are facing and resolve them. Receive inbound calls and answer queries of the customers Assist customer complete KYC and digitally sign the loan agreement. Must have good understanding of business loan Customer Servicing Skills Strong communication skills Strong convincing skills Must have good understanding of financial products Salary: Option 1: Upto 20K p.m. + upto 20K incentives Option 2: Upto 35K p.m. + upto 10K incentives Exp.
