Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, modeling, costing, budgeting, and forecasting to support client engagements and strategic decisions. Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and deliver accurate forecasts. Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend operational improvements. Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact client projects. Create and present compelling, client-tailored financial reports and dashboards. Lead and mentor a small team to ensure project alignment and success
Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or certification like CFA/CA preferred) 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or consulting. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling tools. Excellent communication skills for client presentations. Willingness to work in Surat and travel locally as needed.
