The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering presentations, interpreting data through PowerPoint, communicating with clients and handling client calls, generating MIS reports, providing governance call updates, and demonstrating client handling skills at a leadership level. Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for various purposes, including internal and external meetings, client presentations, and training sessions. Analyze and interpret data and develop meaningful insights to be presented through PowerPoint presentations. Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and other channels to handle their queries, provide updates, and resolve issues. Generate timely and accurate MIS reports and provide governance call updates to management and clients. Demonstrate excellent client handling skills at a leadership level, including managing expectations, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Possess good Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic formulas. Understand basics of finance to support financial analysis and reporting activities (optional). Be flexible with work shifts, preferably with US timings, as and when required for client calls. Job requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in creating presentations, client communication, and MIS reporting. Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills, with experience in creating professional, high-quality presentations. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management. Good Excel skills, with experience in data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic formulas. Understanding of finance principles and terminology (optional). Flexible with work shifts, preferably with US timings, as and when required for client calls.
