The Role Responsibilities
Job Role The desired candidate is expected to perform below key activities.

  • Perform ORF Testing for the process assigned.
  • Bringing out exceptions through testing output.
  • Monitor remediation of exceptions by working with Business.
  • Work as SPOC for the testing process by learning the process quickly.
Performance of testing (CST / KCI)
  • Collation and gathering of evidence from the source system / Business.
  • Quality review of the samples for testing.
  • Sampling as per the CST KCI definition in line with Risk and Control descriptions.
  • Preparation of data collection template to summarize results and present to stakeholders.
  • Highlight the relevant gaps with respect to Policy / Procedure / Process documents focusing on end to end process.
  • Complete testing and upload the checks in M7 before M-2.
Challenge and Reporting
  • Report exceptions and follow up on remediation actions, ensuring appropriate closure of the actions.
  • Carry out challenge session / agreement with GPM / GPO to arrive at final residual risk ratings.
  • Carry out challenge session / agreement with Group Finance OR Officer to arrive at final residual risk ratings.
  • Prepare inputs to Pre FORF, GPO meeting and FRC.
Governance
  • Periodically review applicability of CST / KCI, appropriateness of sampling methodology and sample size and work with team lead.
  • Single point of contact for ORF related queries around ORF for the country.
Developing New CST / KCI
  • Support team lead in evaluating Process universe based on the changes in the process.
  • Based on identified causes / controls or changes in process, defining new CST / KCI.
Key Stakeholders
  • Country Business leads, CFOs, Leadership Team in GFS, Group Finance Operations Risk

  • Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Strong understanding of Banking Functions.
  • Solid knowledge in Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Strong coordination / organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
