Your Career Palo Alto Networks is looking for an Analyst to help drive Financial Planning & Analysis through the Company\'s continued high pace growth. This person will be responsible for several planning & analysis processes working with cross-functional teams to support month end close processes as per a strict timeline, projects and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment. We expect office-based employees to be in the office four days per week, with one day working from where they choose. We believe being together facilitates casual conversations and those magic moments where we can work on issues and ideas informally. These moments build capability and deepen trusted relationships and allow our people to feel safe in taking risks and being disruptive. Like so many companies, we are working through the details and things could change . but in general if a role is deemed office-based we want our teams to be together four days per week. Your Impact Ability to develop a quick understanding of rebates - process and forecasting Ability to understand and model financials of Bookings, Revenue & Margins Ability to develop financial reports for P&L, forecasting accuracy, costs savings and HC reconciliation Leverage past experience performing FP&A activities and business partnering to drive cross-functional alignment between Functions, Theaters, and Business Units Ability to manage multiple global initiatives concurrently, communicate effectively & meeting critical deliverable dates Knowledge of financial tools - Tableau, Salesforce, G-Suite/Excel Your Experience CA or MBA with a Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or equivalent military experience 3 + years of related experience in FP&A in a large US MNC Experience with SAP or large ERP systems a plus Critical Thinking - Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment Thorough working knowledge of finance, basic accounting, and business analysis Independently and proactively analyze financial information and develop solutions to complex problems Promote teamwork and collaboration Energetic and positive The Team We help the customers in their transitional journey to the cloud by ensuring they have the best in class protection.
