DESCRIPTION Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Operations team. We are FinOps-ARC (Automations, ReEngineering & Continuous Improvement), a technology centric team that designs, builds and supports automations for Finance Operations using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Python. We also address data needs of operations by creating reports & dashboards that drives business decisions. As a Financial Analyst in FinOps-ARC, you will be responsible to build automations for opportunities identified by FinOps & ARC team to eliminate manual efforts. Also, you will be creating reports using SQL, dashboards using Quicksight based on business requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates the following abilities: Creates automations using RPA & Python to deliver solutions that optimize processes. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creates business Dashboards using Quicksight that are accurate Key job responsibilities . Design & Develop RPA solutions . Create business dashboards using Quicksight . Ensure to adhere to SLAs for all project milestones . Provide ad-hoc data extraction support for FinOps . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business issues & propose solutions . Collaborate with tech teams to implement newly developed solutions We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Hyderabad, TS, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - MBA in Finance /Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative discipline. - 5-7 years of experience in financial/business analysis - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Technical skills - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis tools and techniques. - Experience with data visualization using QuickSight or similar tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Certification in RPA technology ( UiPath/BluePrism etc) - Advanced proficiency in SQL & Data Analysis tools such as Quicksight
