Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyse and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial analysis and reports
• Assist with financial data processing
• Manage the implementation and onboarding process for new systems;
• Take complete ownership of the Investor management system as well generating customized statements and documents.
• Support the Capital Markets teams in day to day data processing and analysis
• Assist with various Capital Markets projects as assigned; provide updates to project stakeholders; run reports and provide analysis as related to various projects
• Provide relevant high level administrative support to Capital Markets team as directed
• Assist with investor relations, providing investment overviews, and other schedules upon request
• Prepare decks for meetings with investors and other teams
• Provide support to the other team members during acquisitions/developments of new assets
• Complete reporting requirements
• Prepare financing presentations for lenders
• Analyze property financials and reporting materials for financing presentations and packets
• Prepare quarterly performance reports for all assets for investors

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of related finance experience is required
• Highly proficient in MS Office; must possess demonstrated superior Excel knowledge and abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required (Hospitality Finance experience preferred)
• Prior experience in a corporate/professional environment is preferred
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
