Job Description

This role is responsible for providing expertise to R2R project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with finance leaders to influence strategic and tactical decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the Record to Report organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of and handled Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) in operations Analyze financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identify trends, risks and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business finance initiatives and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Point and Excel Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in finance, with a strong background in Audits, Compliances and Controllership. Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power query and Power Point Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication, presentation skills and review process work-flow diagrams. 3+ years of experience with CA/CMA certification

Preferred Attributes:

Highly skilled and detail-oriented in Audit, Controllership, and Compliances. Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization. Hands on experience in SAP.
