About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on due diligence of the acquisition/development deals on existing models including market research, which then would be analyzed and presented to clients
2. Building models from scratch and improving on the existing models
3. Analyzing and creating reports on the real estate market and regional economy concerning employment statistics, major company activities, industry trends, and demographics that affect the local real estate market
4. Preparing and presenting reports to management and clients
5. Becoming a market -expert- with extensive detailed knowledge of the macro and micro factors affecting the market

Requirements:

1. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint
2. Education: MBA (finance), graduate
3. It is also vital that analysts have a good understanding of private equity, investment risk, and real estate investments
4. Research skills: The bulk of the real estate analyst job market research and analysis; hence they must possess strong data collection, validation, and analytical skills
5. Computer skills: They must be proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
