Financial Advisor (Remote) Location : "Remote" Position Summary: As a key member of the Engage Finance team, the Finance POC will lead projects and partner with Finance Leaders to drive profitable growth opportunities across the global operations. This position will play an integral part in focusing on translating detailed information, both financial and operational, into readily available and meaningful analytics. This position will initiate, develop and maintain analytical processes including insights to the drivers of variances to budget/forecast and advising on actionable items to achieve business objectives. They will be an integral part in supporting finance leaders and the team to define meaningful insights to achieve greater visibility, efficient analytics and early warning mechanism. Finance Duties & Responsibilities will include: Initiate > Develop > Maintain Analytical Processes

  • Build relationships and interact with all levels of the finance organization
  • Consolidation of weekly scorecard, maintenance of the process and uploading into the system
  • Maintain the pricing realization process, uploading pricing financials and partnering with finance leaders to develop efficient analytical pricing realization
  • Support the preparation of PowerPoint slides for MBR, MED D, MP/CE, Board and earnings\' call. Partner with finance leaders on collating commentary on business reasons for key events, trends and variances.
  • Initiate projects that will support overall availability of critical information and analytics for the finance team to alleviate their time constraints; establish standard processes/reports.
  • Build a partnership with Finance Leadership, becoming a trusted financial partner regarding business performance metrics and actionable items to meet key business objectives.
  • Design and produce reports, analytic models and key leading financial and performance indicators to support the business
  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational data and translate it into meaningful information to be used to drive actions and results
  • Create flash and dashboard reports using operational metrics and financial models for tracking performance measurement. Early warning indicators where programs are missing key profitability measures and milestones; identify variance to forecasts and pricing models through root cause analysis
  • Conduct hands-on financial and business operations modeling that incorporates internal and external data sources
  • Establish alternative profitability and other reporting measures that improve senior management\'s ability to assess the business
  • Work with corporate accounting teams to support the accurate accounting and reporting of revenue, costs and profitability that is aligned to our Engage Portfolios
  • Participate in project teams charged with developing, assessing, recommending, and implementing business solutions
Job Specifications - Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Accounting / Finance
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Power Point
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience including financial planning and analysis, financial modeling and business support in a corporate environment
  • Expertise in financial modeling, Business Segment and Program P&Ls, Pricing concepts
  • Experience in remote management and working across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA in Accounting or Finance; or CPA
  • Knowledge of BPO Care and Sales programs
  • Experience in deploying and utilizing Management Reporting Tools
