Job Title: Financial Advisor

Full Time (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Mumbai

Campaign: US Outbound (Health Insurance)

Working Days:

5 days a week

Shift Timings

: Fixed shift - 6:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST

Salary Range:

?18,000 to ?25,000 per month

Negotiable for experienced candidates based on last drawn salary

Incentives:

Transportation:

Drop facility available for female employees

Qualification-

Any Graduate/PG/Undergraduate
(Freshers can also apply)

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for making outbound calls(in US ) and regular follow up on leads assigned.
2. Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
3. Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages
4. Address all the issues / grievances of customers and help them with a solution
5. Strictly adhere to the process requirements
6. Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customer based in US .
