The Finance team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The team is responsible for managing Tata1mg?s financial resources thereby ensuring the financial health of the organization.The team worksacross functions to manage company resources efficiently and in alignment with the organization?s strategicgoalsandobjectives. Whatwillyoudo

• Regular activities performed at the end of each month to close the financial books for a business
• Support in collecting, analyzing, and reporting relevant data to support decision-making and strategic planning within a business
• Provide support by preparing and reviewing tax-related documents and filings, such as tax returns, VAT/GST filings, and other tax compliance reports
• Review customer payments, match them with outstanding invoices, resolve any discrepancies or disputes, and ensure accurate recording of collections in the financial records
• Verifying the supplier invoices, reconciling them with the company's records, resolving any discrepancies or issues, and facilitating timely payments to suppliers to maintain good relationships and avoid late payment penalties

Whatwearelookingfor

• ProficiencyinMSExcelandPowerPoint,Outlook,etc.
• Strongunderstandingofthe best-in-classfinancepracticesandprocesses
• PreferablyaGraduate or pursuing a degreeinCA or ICWA.
• Understanding visualization tools like Power BI, and Tableau or query writing tools like SQL/VBA will be an added advantage
