OVERVIEW
Lead multi-jurisdiction accounting operations (US, UK, UAE, EU) for cross-border trade clients. Direct report to Founder's Office. Manage team of 4-5 Tax Team Leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finalize client P&Ls and Balance Sheets per IFRS across US/UK/UAE/EU jurisdictions Prepare tax returns and ensure statutory compliance for cross-border trade Manage cloud-based accounting (Xero, QBO, Sage, TaxCalc, Zoho) Lead 4-5 Tax Team Leaders, train bookkeepers, drive technical upskilling
REQUIREMENTS

CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent (mandatory) 5-7 years multi-jurisdiction accounting experience 3+ years team leadership IFRS expert; strong US GAAP, UK GAAP knowledge Proven track record in US/UK/UAE/EU tax & statutory compliance Cloud accounting platforms proficiency
PREFERRED
Cross-border trade experience, transfer pricing knowledge, VAT/GST expertise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?840,000.00 per year
