Key Responsibilities
Define Indian
financial, taxation, payroll, and HR compliance requirements
for ERP
Support ERP development, testing, documentation, and validation with European teams
Train and consult customers during ERP implementation and Go-Live
Manage certifications, audits, and statutory compliance
Track regulatory changes and keep ERP systems up to date
Handle end-to-end
financial accounting and HR operations
for the India entity, including year-end closing and audits
Required Qualifications
Degree with specialization in
Financial Accounting
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
, preferably in manufacturing/industrial companies
Strong knowledge of
Indian taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR laws
Experience with
Tally, SAP, Navision, or similar ERP systems
Very good
English communication skills
Strong analytical skills and interest in
ERP and IT systems
Programming exposure is an advantage
Additional Information
Full-time, on-site role in
Navi Mumbai
Occasional travel across India required
