Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records and ledgers in accordance with accounting principles.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion of all accounting tasks.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Support financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making and strategy development.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking actual performance against projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 months - 1.5 years of experience in financial accounting or a related field, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
