About the Traineeship Program

We are looking for

Finance & Valuation Trainees

. you will support the finance and strategy team in preparing valuation models, financial forecasts, and investor-ready reports. The role involves analyzing market data, benchmarking industry peers, and building detailed financial models to assess business performance and future growth potential. You will gain hands-on exposure to startup valuation, fundraising processes, and investment analysis, while contributing directly to Wabric's strategic decision-making. This is an

unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks)

where you will gain hands-on experience.

Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Master's in MBA (Finance),

CA (Inter), CFA (Level 1-2), Investment Banking and or relevant fields may apply.

Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing

valuation models

(DCF, comparables, multiples, etc.) for Wabric's business units. Support in building

financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses

. Conduct

market research

and benchmark analysis against global and Indian fashion/e-commerce companies. Help in preparing

investor decks, valuation reports, and due diligence documentation

. Work closely with senior finance and strategy team members on

fundraising and investment projects

. Maintain accuracy and detail orientation in financial data collection and reporting.

Who Can Apply

MBA (Finance), M.Com, CFA (Level I/II), CA (Inter/Final), or MBA (Investment) students/ graduates with strong finance background. Candidates with strong knowledge of

corporate finance, accounting, and valuation techniques

. Proficiency in

Excel, PowerPoint

, and financial modeling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Interest in

fashion, retail, and startup ecosystems

will be a plus.
