Finance Transformation PMO

Location : Chennai / Gurgaon\xe2\x80\x8b

Experience: 7 - 10 years of proven track record in the position

Finance Transformation PMO will be responsible for 2 main areas in FSPM department, including key roles and responsibilities below :

AMIEO Finance Portfolio follow up

• Effectiveness:

• Facilitator and contributing in defining Finance portfolio / Roadmap.
• Supporting in project prioritization.
• Identification of potential risks.
• Coordination:

• Supporting in resource estimation for different projects.
• Participation in steering groups and support on prioritization of projects.
• Status report consolidation from project owners/managers and communication to Executives.
• Efficiency:

• Support in having project plan before start of execution.
• Initiate reviews with project manager and support in handling of cross-functional issues.
• Coaching of project managers and improving process.

Project Management for projects led by FSPM department

• Identifying project goals, needs, and scope
• Define Project chart (team/milestone/boundaries of the project..)
• Manage Project delivery and business transformation within the scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Define project execution strategy including Data Migration & Testing
• Managing all resources necessary for project execution
• Manage stakeholder communications and governance within scope of project
• Ensure compliance to Portfolio governance framework
• First level escalation for cross-functional issues
• Foreseeing and strategically eliminating blockers and potential risks and handling of issues.
