Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile

Finance Trainer cum Admin

who will be responsible for delivering finance-related training sessions and managing administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask across training and admin functions.

Key Responsibilities:Training Responsibilities (Finance):



Conduct training sessions on finance topics such as Accounting and Finance Develop and update training materials, including presentations, notes, quizzes, and case studies. Prepare learners for finance certifications (e.g., Tally, GST, Excel for Finance, CFA basics, etc.). Deliver both online and offline training, based on the institution's format. Monitor learner performance and provide feedback and support. Stay updated with industry trends and ensure training content is current.

Administrative Responsibilities:



Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and batch planning. Handle inquiries from students or clients regarding courses, schedules, and certifications. Assist in onboarding new students/participants and ensure proper documentation. Maintain inventory of training materials and office supplies. Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Generate reports on student performance, course completion, and administrative metrics. Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in finance training, administration, or a similar dual role (Freshers can also apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:



Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, CFA Level 1, or equivalent). Fluency in local language (optional but beneficial). Experience in handling admissions or student engagement processes.
