Position: Finance Officer / Trainee / Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Finance Executive

to manage financial operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves handling accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all finance entry level works

Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.

RM/consumable/sales rejection data/ vendor (job work) data entry in tally.

Vendor invoice/ bill check & entry in tally.

Update bank reconciliation report.

Cash payments entry in tally.

.Party ledger reconciliation report.

.Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts with day to day activities.

Handling petty cash.

Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.

Handling and filling GST.

Note:

Female Candidate will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
