Implementation Lead - Fintech/Financial Services (Bangalore or Delhi NCR)

About the Role

Join a high-growth fintech innovator building finance operations automation for complex workflows like R2R and treasury. As Implementation Lead, you'll drive end-to-end client onboarding, configure solutions, and ensure seamless deployments for enterprise fintech clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle implementation projects, translating client needs into configs and plans. Write/optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and integration. Manage ETL processes for financial data across systems. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and clients; handle UAT, documentation, and stakeholder reporting. Deploy solutions for R2R, treasury, reconciliations, and reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

Project management experience (3+ years of hands-on implementation). Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial workflows, and R2R (Record to Report) processes. Academic background in Commerce or MBA Finance. Experience ONLY from Fintech/Financial services. Good SQL and MIS experience; hands-on with Treasury Module. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools. Location: Bangalore or Delhi/NCR ONLY. Immediate joiner or up to 30 days notice.

Preferred

Experience with financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blackline). ETL pipelines, API integrations, agile/scrum. PMP/CSM certifications.
