Position Overview

We are seeking a

Team Lead F&A

to oversee our Shared Services Finance team. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end activities, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and leading finance operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and process improvement. As a senior leader, you will manage a team of analysts, oversee the month-close process, and play a key role in ERP implementation and optimization (NetSuite).

Compensation

range for this role is

18-19.5 LPA

and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the

finance team

across multiple F&A functions within Shared Services. Oversee

month-close activities

, including scheduling, review of reports, and accuracy of financial statements. Review and approve

journal entries (routine and non-routine, including tax adjustments).

Ensure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards. Drive

NetSuite implementation projects

with hands-on involvement in system setup, workflows, and reporting. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness and compliance. Provide financial leadership by analyzing results, preparing variance reports, and supporting strategic decisions. Mentor and coach team members to build capability, engagement, and growth within the team.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com);

CA Inter or CPA (in progress)

preferred.

15+ years of experience

in Finance & Accounting, with strong exposure to controllership, month-close, and ERP systems. Proven experience in

leading and managing finance teams

in a Shared Services or corporate environment. Expertise in

journal entry review, reconciliations, non-routine entries, and financial reporting.

Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Hands-on expertise with

NetSuite implementation

(mandatory). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with

NetSuite (NS)

as the primary ERP system. Exposure to

MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Experience working in Shared Services or professional services firms.
