We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to support the day-to-day financial operations of Nao Medical. This role is ideal for a strong corporate bookkeeper or accounting professional who enjoys doing the work, maintaining clean financials, and supporting leadership through accurate reporting rather than managing large teams or operating at a purely strategic level.
Reporting to senior leadership, the Finance Supervisor will focus on accounting execution, month-end close, cash management, and financial discipline across multiple clinic sites. Primary Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping Operations
Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closes across all clinic locations
Prepare and maintain clean, well-documented financial records
Assist with site-level and department-level budgeting and expense tracking

Financial Reporting & Controls
Prepare monthly financial reports, including consolidated and site-level summaries
Support leadership with basic financial analysis and variance explanations
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure consistency in accounting practices
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and financial accuracy

Cash & Vendor Management
Oversee accounts payable and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support cash flow tracking and short-term forecasting
Maintain organized vendor records and assist with resolving billing discrepancies
Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Formal certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) are not required
Experience and Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in corporate bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations
Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles and month-end close processes
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working independently and following established processes
Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional teams
Prior healthcare or multi-location business experience is a plus but not required
Schedule Requirements:
Ability to work Eastern Time hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including holidays
Technical Requirements:
Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).
Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication.
