Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Governance & MIS

Review and verify accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance. Build and maintain

monthly MIS dashboards

(sales, expenses, cash flow). Identify cost optimizations and improve financial visibility across projects.

2. Strategy & Business Model Evaluation

Analyze new product verticals and markets for financial feasibility. Develop ROI models, payback periods, and breakeven analyses. Support in pricing strategy, partner proposals, and investor presentations.

3. Grants, Loans & Funding Programs

Research

government and private funding schemes

(TDB, MeitY, SIDBI, Startup India, etc.). Prepare initial eligibility assessments and coordinate documentation. Track submission timelines, maintain dashboards of progress and outcomes. Draft concise financial summaries and narratives for funding proposals.

4. CEO Office Support

Prepare reports, financial briefs, and insights for decision-making. Coordinate across departments to ensure numbers reflect real-time execution. Maintain confidentiality and work with precision and accountability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education :

CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / CA Finalist / MBA (Finance or Strategy)

Experience:

0-3 years in finance, consulting, audit, or business analysis

Skills :

Excel / Sheets, financial modeling, data analysis, presentation, grant research

Traits:

Proactive, analytical, clear communicator, eager to learn and grow with leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,760.40 - ₹30,197.14 per month
