Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily financial operations related to D2C sales channels (website, marketplaces, apps)

-Perform revenue reconciliation across payment gateways, wallets, COD, and marketplace settlements

-Track and analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and unit economics

-Monitor gross margins, discounts, returns (RTO), refunds, and chargebacks

-Oversee inventory valuation, COGS calculation, and logistics cost tracking

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS

-Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

-Ensure accurate GST compliance, invoicing, and statutory filings

-Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders

-Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes

-Assist in pricing strategy, promotions, and profitability analysis

-Maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

-2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or retail

-Strong understanding of D2C business metrics and e-commerce finance

-Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar)

-Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial dashboards is a plus.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
