Responsibilities: Hire, supervise, coach & mentor teams for a seamless process delivery
Accountable for filling open positions, working closely with talent acquisition and agency stakeholders to onboard new hires
Develop and run metrics that measure the activities performed by team and possess good understanding of SLA's and implications of its non-compliance.
Ensure to meet Service Levels Agreement (daily/weekly/monthly) and responsible for overall process results.
Assess workforce and talent requirements across the processes / shared services sub functions to cater to growing business requirements.
Drive best practices in our approach, deliverables and engagement with all stakeholders.
Conduct regular weekly, fortnight, and monthly cadence with agency partners to understand process efficiency, accuracy, operational challenges and provide strategic plans in establishing seamless process.
Ensure process controls are appropriately established, communicated to employees and timely audited.
Establish & Handle client relationship through regular engagement with the client and should be highly customer service oriented.
Address and resolve process escalations and work on RCA to avoid future occurrences.
Leverage automation and tech tools to ensure consistency, ease of operations and data-based decisions.
Team performance management, score card and maintain attrition at the lowest level as per internal target
Contribute to strategic planning and business development.

You will be working closely with
Global Business Leaders, Internal Leadership, direct teams across various agencies / geographies
Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate degree in commerce / finance (must)
Overall, 10+ years of experience in delivery management of shared services either on finance or general business operations across multiple clients or service accounts
Depicts strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis, R2R and related finance processes
Flexibility and ability to take on new assignments and challenges.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Worked with stakeholders from multiple geographies - US (Must) and EMEA, APAC (Preferred)
Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively identifies solutions.
Proficiency in MS office Tools - Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Ability to drive synergies and best practices across teams
Demonstrated skills to solve complex issues and critical thinking.
