Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the resort in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
Supervise general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and other tax/statutory returns as per government norms.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management review.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and variance analysis to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
Liaison with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits, assessments, and financial approvals.
Drive internal controls, compliance systems, and risk management frameworks.
Support operational heads with financial insights and cost-saving recommendations.
Manage vendor payments, payroll, and ensure timely financial closure of books.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and hospitality accounting standards.
