Role Overview

The

Finance Senior Executive

will support and execute the organization's financial operations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and audit coordination. This role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Support day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities Manage statutory compliances including

GST, TDS, and PF

Prepare, analyze, and maintain

MIS reports

, financial statements, reconciliations, and invoices Monitor and manage

cash flow, working capital, and liquidity

Implement and maintain

internal financial controls

to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2+ years of experience

in finance, accounting, or financial management Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, or a related field

(Master's degree or professional certification preferred) Strong understanding of

financial principles, GAAP, and compliance requirements

Experience in handling

financial statements, ratios, KPIs, and reconciliations

Proficiency in

Tally Prime and MS Excel

for financial analysis and reporting Hands-on experience managing

cash flow and working capital

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail Prior experience in

legal, financial services, or insurance industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
