Job Summary
RBK Capitals is looking for motivated and ambitious Finance Sales Trainees to join our finance product services team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who want to build a career in financial sales, investment products, and client relationship management. The trainee will be trained to promote, explain, and sell various financial products while delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand RBK Capitals' financial products and services (mutual funds, insurance, loans, investments, wealth products, etc.).
Assist in identifying potential clients through leads, referrals, and market research.
Present and explain financial products to clients based on their needs and financial goals.
Support senior sales managers in client meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
Maintain accurate client records and sales data.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated with market trends, financial regulations, and product updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of finance, banking, or investment concepts (training will be provided).
Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in sales or financial services are welcome.
Certifications in finance or investment products (optional, not mandatory).
