Job Summary
Your Impact:

• Responsible for implementing and administering incentive plans and commission payouts.
• Responsible for calculating incentive commissions for all sales employee with focus on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans.
• Provide commission-related reports to various stakeholders.
• Assist with internal process improvement initiatives.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies

The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.

• Experience in sales compensation, at least 5 years
• Bachelor's degree in finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with a software-based commission tool.
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
