Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive - Finance & Reporting

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining management information reports, supporting financial planning, and ensuring data accuracy for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Analyze financial and operational data to support management in strategic planning. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data inputs. Present key insights and performance trends using Excel and Power BI dashboards. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reports shared with management. Support process improvements and automation initiatives for MIS reporting.

Skills Required:

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Financial Acumen:

Good understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis; ability to interpret data and support decision-making.

MIS Expertise:

Proficient in preparing and analyzing MIS reports; hands-on experience with

Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)

and

Power BI

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are mandatory. Experience in financial data reporting or MIS roles preferred.
