finance professional (0 - 1year)

who can go beyond day-to-day accounting and actively contribute to

business growth planning

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounts with support from our Accounts Assistant Prepare monthly financial plans linking income & expenses Develop

budget forecasts, cost control strategies, and MIS reports

Analyze financial health and present strategies to management for growth Ensure compliance while focusing on

profitability & scalability

Who Should Apply

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

1-3 years (preferably with small/mid-sized company exposure)

Skills:

Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting & cost analysis Strong in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Proficient in accounting tools (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks)

Mindset:

Strategic thinker -- not just recording transactions but connecting numbers with growth opportunities
