Job Description

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics

, or

Business Administration

from a recognized university. Preference for candidates with

postgraduate qualifications

such as

MBA (Finance)

M.Com

, or

Master's in Financial Management

. Professional certifications like

CA (Chartered Accountant)

CMA (Cost and Management Accountant)

CS (Company Secretary)

, or

CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of

financial analysis, budgeting, auditing, taxation

, and

investment management

. Proficiency in

accounting software

(e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel). Understanding of

Indian financial regulations, GST, and compliance procedures

. Minimum

2-5 years of relevant experience

in finance, accounting, or related fields (freshers may be considered for junior roles). Prior experience in

banking, corporate finance, or educational institutions

will be an added advantage. Excellent

analytical and numerical ability

. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines. Familiarity with

Kerala State financial norms and institutional practices

. Good command of

English and Malayalam

(both written and spoken). Ability to collaborate effectively with management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
