Mission/Purpose of the Job
Purpose of the role is to support & perform the finance processes to deliver greater effectiveness, efficiency and
agility within the finance community in VTBA.
Main Responsibilities
? Secure correct set-up of cost center data and its maintenance in SAP
? Maintain the key tools (IFRS16 calculation, Mapics) and its reports for all companies within the Business Area
? Standardize processes, assist with improvements of financial processes
? Analyze existing finance processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather business requirements to
enhance process efficiency
? Participate on small developments that are identified in GBSs
? Maintain process documentation and storage/archive system
? Establish true partnership with internal customers
? Secure timely operation and escalation of issues to Management
? Support that all process specifics and tasks are documented and updated
? Work actively on optimizing the efficiency and quality of daily tasks
? Proactively share information and knowledge with others within the team and whole GBSs
? Follow instructions and tasks given by Line Manager
Skills / Knowledge / Experienc
? University education
? 1-3 years GL responsibility preferable
? Advanced level of Microsoft Office (excel), SAP knowledge preferable
? English - fluent
? Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
? Analytical thinking and problem solving
? Basics understanding of Project Management
? Basic understanding of financial flows in accounting
? Flexibility, proactive approach, self-motivated
? Service minded and customer-oriented problem solver
? Team player
