What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.

What are we looking for?

Working knowledge in FP&A with SG&A cost analysis. Working with stakeholders to identify correct allocation/reclassification Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting. Experience in payroll accounting, compensation & benefits planning, and variance analysis. Working knowledge of additional FP&A Activities (non-SG&A related): Loading and checking data in Hyperion Additional FP&A Activities (non-SG&A related): Loading and checking data in Hyperion for Blueprinting Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Reporting (Headcount/T&L) and journal entries Knowledge of books closure & maintaing control GL accounts Support in SOX Audits Team Handling Skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
