Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly MIS for analysis of key financial KPIs & reporting of P&L with suitable comparatives.
  • Latest estimates for monthly reporting by coordinating with respective business stakeholders & to upload in BPC system.
  • Strategic financial planning: Support to develop and implement long-term financial strategies in alignment with overall business goals and market conditions.
  • Budgeting & forecasting: Key role to play in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Financial modelling: Create and maintain detailed financial models to simulate different business scenarios, assess the impact of various strategic initiatives & optimize capital allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure a solid framework for managing liquidity, financial targeted profit and working capital.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends and strategic implications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, multiple business regions, R&D, etc) to ensure financial plans align with business objectives and drive value creation.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Chartered accountant with strong background in relevant experience
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate financial principles & strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and long-term plans.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems. Experience of SAP & BPC is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects
