Manage Norton Lilly processing staff and activities within the S5 guidelines.
Hands on leadership of the processing team in performance of duties.
Manage S5 systems as required.
Validation / Quality checking of Processed DA of charterer agent calls.
Monitoring and management of all rejection and disputes raised by processing team and client.
Monitoring the agreed Client specific KPI's with Team leader.
Understanding and knowledge of operational accounting reports.
Ability to run reports from finance database and build management reports using the data.
Testing the AN/AW system and contributing ideas to improve the system
Daily contact with regional Hubs and further stakeholders;
Adhering to S5 quality management/HSSE systems
To train and manage staff remotely in other finance hubs
Train clients both face to face and remotely
