Role Purpose: Key Accountabilities: Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Skills

? Payments related to the domestic and Import Vendors-Opex and Capex



? Imports Payments, Buyers Credit, Forex hedging, Obtaining Form 15CB and 15CA



? Statutory Payments-Income Tax, Power, Water and Government duties and Taxes



? To ensure the correctness accounting of all the transactions.



? Daily Bank reconciliation and Funds Planning.



? Daily/weekly payment MIS and Cash Flow reports, Creditors Ageing reports.



? Internal & external audits, Statutory Compliance.



? Timely Submission of Bill of Entry for IDPMS Compliance



? Internal & External Audits



? Filling of Monthly/Quarterly Return-Income Tax



? Obtaining balance confirmation from Vendors on Monthly/Quarterly basis and reconciliation



? Maintain accurate records Invoice wise and Bill of Entry wise imports Purchases.



? Liaisoning with banks.

Other details

? Microsoft Excel and Word



? Proven experience in import operations



? Knowledge of Income Tax,GST and Custom Act



? Communication and Presentation Skills



? SAP will be added advantage.



? The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
