Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Finance Manager:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards. Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost management. Analyze financial data to drive strategic decision-making.

Operations Management:

Streamline business processes for operational efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor and improve overall business unit performance.

Accounts & Compliance:

Supervise accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Oversee internal audits and risk management strategies.

Requirements:

MBA in Finance or equivalent degree. 7+ years of experience in

finance, operations, and business management

. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in

managing multiple departments

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them with business goals.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
