Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead and streamline our financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role demands strong analytical skills, sound financial judgment, and the ability to manage a team and systems in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations

Oversee daily accounting functions including payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and petty cash. Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and project-related expense tracking. Ensure timely billing and collection of client payments as per sales agreements.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable laws. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for audits and filings.
Budgeting & Cost Management

Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring actuals vs. budget performance. Identify areas for cost control and process improvements. Collaborate with project teams for financial forecasting and fund flow planning.
ERP & Documentation

Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or ERP tools). Oversee documentation and record-keeping for internal and external audits. Implement and refine financial policies and SOPs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
