General Description
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations. Leads continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and team capability to support the company's financial health and scalability.
Key Responsibilities * Supervise and ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly financial closing activities.

• Develop, refine, and implement accounting methods and policies in compliance with relevant standards and tax regulations.
• Strengthen finance operation systems, including ERP and related tools, ensuring effectiveness and scalability.
• Oversee implementation and adherence to internal control policies across finance operations.
• Lead and manage ad hoc finance-related projects to support business operations and improvements.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to the finance operations team members.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Tax, Legal, IT, Audit) to align financial operations with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
• >5 years of working experience in the finance/accounting department for a high-growth organization or a start-up company
• Proficiency in MS Excel and GSheets
• Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation compliance
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Self-driven, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
• Fast learner with a high level of accuracy in completing the work
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
