Key Responsibilities:
Agreement Renewal Tracking:
Monitor and track the status of agreements nearing expiration. Ensure timely follow-up and renewal to avoid lapses.
Client Communication:
Engage with clients for agreement renewal discussions and follow-ups. Maintain a professional and courteous communication standard.
Documentation Management:
Ensure signed agreements are received, recorded, and forwarded to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Follow-up Coordination:
Proactively follow up with both clients and internal departments to ensure seamless processing of agreements.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of agreement statuses, renewal timelines, and communication history.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates and reports to the management team regarding the status of ongoing renewals and pending agreements.
