About the Role

: We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive to manage day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, receivables tracking, and weekly/monthly MIS reporting.

This is an operations-focused finance role and not a core accounting position. The candidate will coordinate with our external accountant and CA for Tally entries, GST, and compliance, while owning internal billing, collections, and reporting processes.

The role is critical for ensuring strong cash flow discipline, accurate reporting, and financial visibility for management.

Key Responsibilities:



Billing & Invoicing Prepare and issue client invoices as per contracts, milestones, and timelines Maintain client-wise and project-wise billing tracker Ensure correct GST application and documentation Share billing data with the accountant for Tally posting Payment Follow-ups & Receivables Maintain receivables tracker and ageing report Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via calls, emails, and WhatsApp Track payment commitments and ensure closures Escalate delays with clear status reports to management Maintain structured collection process MIS & Financial Reporting Prepare weekly MIS reports covering: Billing vs collections, Outstanding receivables, Cash flow status, Project-wise revenue. Prepare monthly MIS for management review Maintain Excel dashboards and trackers Coordination with Accountant & CA Share sales, purchase, and expense data for Tally posting Coordinate GST returns, TDS, and statutory filings Support audits and financial finalization Maintain compliance documentation and records Finance Operations & Control Maintain billing calendar and follow-up schedule Track vendor payments and approval status Maintain proper documentation and audit trail

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in finance operations, billing, or accounts support Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel Experience in invoicing and receivables management Strong follow-up and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
